INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Surface Preparation

1. The substrate to be treated must be sound, dry and free from all contaminants which will prevent good adhesion.
   
2. If necessary, the surface should be prepared by mechanical means.

Priming

1. For concrete surface, prime with StoPox BI-S.
   
2. For steel surface, prime with StoPox ZNP.

Mixing

1. Stir the individual components of StoPur PAC thoroughly.
   
2. Pour both components into a mixing vessel and mix for 5 minutes using a slow-speed drill and paddle until a homogeneous compound is obtained.
   
3. Transfer the contents to a clean container and re-mix. Use the product as quickly as possible after mixing.

Placing

StoPur PAC can be applied by brush, roller or spray to the desired thickness.

Cleaning of Tools

Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with thinner.

COVERAGE

The coverage rate is approximately 6.0 - 8.0m²/litre/coat.

STORAGE

The shelf life of StoPur PAC is approximately 12 months if stored in cool dry conditions.  

PACKING

StoPur PAC is available in 5-litre sets.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

After full curing, StoPur PAC is physiologically harmless. Keep the material away from eyes, mouth and skin. Do not inhale vapor. Protective gloves should be used when handling these products. If skin contact with resin occurs, cleans it immediately with soap and plenty of water. DO NOT use solvent. The use of goggles is recommended, however, should accidental eye contamination occur, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean running water and seek medical treatment immediately. StoPur PAC is flammable material and good ventilation is essential at work area. Do not smoke or exposed naked flame while handling the product.
